Not at all. Retreats are designed to welcome participants at every level. All practices are offered with modifications and a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere.

All meals are plant-based and prepared with organic, whole-food ingredients. Dietary needs and allergies are accommodated — just let me know when you register.
