About Me

My path into deep integrative healing became even more personal when my daughter, at age 16, was diagnosed with what doctors labeled “incurable PCOS.” Rather than accept a fixed prognosis, I set out to understand the root cause. Together—with her as my willing and dedicated “client”—we embraced a fully holistic approach, integrating plant-based nutrition, energy healing, spirituality, personal empowerment, and chakra alignment. Over time, her symptoms completely resolved. Two decades later, she remains symptom-free, thriving, and continues to use these same foundational practices in her life.

This experience profoundly shaped my understanding of healing: that the body is intelligent, responsive, and deeply interconnected with our emotional, energetic, and spiritual states. It also deepened my ability to perceive underlying imbalances in the body and to support clients in uncovering and addressing root causes through a collaborative, intuitive, and integrative process.

In my work, I draw from all of my training and lived experience, meeting each client as though they were my own daughter, brother, parent, or sister—working with care, presence, and commitment until healing unfolds.

I created The Holistic Woman from decades of experience witnessing how deeply interconnected our physical, emotional, and spiritual health truly are.

There were moments when I felt deeply connected—to my body, my intuition, my purpose—and others when I felt pulled outward, scattered by expectations, roles, and the constant hum of doing. I began to notice a subtle disconnect between how I was living and how I truly wanted to feel: grounded, nourished, aligned, whole.

That awareness opened the door to a deeper inquiry: What does it really mean to live as a whole person? Not just physically healthy, but mentally clear, emotionally balanced, spiritually connected, and fully, unapologetically expressed.

What followed was a lifelong and ever-deepening journey in the healing and wellness field, beginning in 1987. Over the decades, I have woven together extensive training and lived experience in nutrition, movement, energy healing, and mind-body-spirit integration. I am a board-certified plant-based nutrition coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2008), a Reiki Master (2017), a certified yoga instructor, and a certified Pilates instructor. I am also trained in Transcendental Meditation (TM), and operate The Holistic Woman, a private holistic healing practice.

My additional certifications include Surfset, TRX, Yoga for PTSD, Yoga for the Chakras, Detox Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, and Aerial Yoga. Alongside these modalities, I have also specialized in issues connected with aging and vitality, including menopause, osteoporosis, and chronic disease, with a focus on addressing root causes rather than isolated symptoms.

Spiritually, I consider myself a devoted student of consciousness and inner transformation. I practice The Work of Byron Katie and engage daily in TM and spiritual study. My most influential teachers include Eckhart Tolle, Gary Zukav, Byron Katie, and Michael A. Singer, I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing study, including Becoming a Teacher of Presence with Eckhart Tolle and Michael A. Singer’s Living From a Place of Surrender. I hold the belief that healing, like spirituality, nutrition, and movement, is not a destination but a lifelong practice of awareness, humility, and devotion.

This is what continues to inspire me most: the unfolding nature of healing itself.

The Holistic Woman is an extension of that devotion.

It is a space to reconnect with your body, listen to your inner wisdom, and honor the natural rhythms of life—especially through transitions such as menopause, aging, and chronic health challenges. It is not about striving for perfection or adding more to your life. It is about returning to wholeness, softening into alignment, and remembering what has always been within you.

Each of us has a unique part to play in the healing of the world.
