About the event
Immerse yourself in the beautiful and sacred grounds of Costa Rica with plant-based meals, intermittent fasting, yoga, meditation, and "Soul Work" with Maria Banas and Maria Ulbricht. Each day you will be served plant-based meals and practice yoga and meditation on the high cliff of Guacalillo, followed by group discussions and guidance on how to let go of the past, embrace the here and now, and live and love more fully.
